dc.description.abstractEn los últimos cinco años las empresas se han visto en la necesidad de prestar mayor atención a las diferentes maneras de realizar procesos dentro de un departamento específico, ya que estos exigen una atención cuidadosa pero sobre todo porque contribuyen en la optimización del tiempo y la realización adecuada de actividades debido a esto se elaboran procedimientos que se implementaran y se utilizaran como tics . De ahí surge la idea de realizar un levantamiento de información y posterior diseñar y documentar procesos que contribuyan a la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad EP , canalizándolos a través del Departamento de Tecnología ya que no cuenta con estos métodos que le permita evaluar y aplicar correctivos necesarios que conduzcan a una eficiente operatividad de la empresa. Y a vez ayudar a realizar las actividades de una forma eficientees_ES
