| dc.description.abstract | Antes de iniciar el desarrollo de un emprendimiento, es necesario realizar un análisis ordenado y lógico de la idea de negocio estableciendo objetivos, riesgos y resultados. Si bien la idea de un negocio suele surgir o bien de manera espontánea, o de una necesidad manifiesta o bien de un interés profesional en particular, es importante que, antes de iniciar ciegamente al desarrollo de un nuevo emprendimiento, se haga un análisis ordenado y lógico del negocio, sus riesgos y posibles resultados. Tomarse el tiempo para analizar el negocio y pautar los pasos a seguir permitirá tomar las decisiones con una mayor seguridad. Esto no garantizará el éxito del negocio, pero al menos, preparará para afrontar las incertidumbres del mismo. El plan de negocios será útil en varios sentidos. Esta valiosa herramienta permitirá definir y enfocar el objetivo haciendo uso de la información y análisis adecuados. Así, se podrá utilizar el plan para solicitar opiniones y consejos a otras personas, incluidos aquellos que se desenvuelven en el campo comercial que interesa, quienes podrán brindar un consejo inestimable. Con demasiada frecuencia, hay empresarios y profesionistas que cometen el error de estructurarlo basados solo en su manera específica de entenderlo. El problema radica en que al hacerlo de este modo olvidan lo más importante: que además de servir como referencia de análisis, es una herramienta de venta frente a un prestamista o posible socio inversor. Nunca se debe olvidar que la esencia de todo plan de negocio es mostrárselo a aquel que va a conceder un aporte económico para iniciar o mejorar la empresa. Entonces, lo principal es informar y, sobre todo, convencer a quien lo lee. Adicionalmente, el plan de negocios proveerá de la información necesaria para determinar la viabilidad económica, técnica, operativa, cultural y 2 social que se convertirán en una herramienta de toma de decisiones para el emprendedor en el sentido de la conveniencia de iniciar el negocio como está planteado, de realizar adecuaciones antes de arrancar o bien de abortar el proceso ante un riesgo mayúsculo de fracaso. | es_ES |
