dc.description.abstractLa empresa tomada para el presente trabajo investigativo, acusa de presentar falencias en la gestión de sus principales áreas: Caja – Bancos, Crédito y Cobranzas, Inventario y Ventas. Por esta razón nuestra investigación tiene como propósito elaborar un modelo de gestión que permita un adecuado manejo de las áreas antes mencionadas y a su vez ser un referente para otras empresas que deseen mejorar sus procesos de gestión. El presente trabajo investigativo se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos, empezando con los Antecedentes en los cuales se detallan: el planteamiento del problema, la formulación y sistematización del problema, los objetivos y justificaciones de la investigación, la Hipótesis, la viabilidad y la limitación de la investigación. En el Primer Capítulo se presentan los aspectos teóricos referentes a la administración, el concepto de empresa y los tipos de empresas, los principales aspectos y generalidades sobre la gestión administrativa, y como debe desarrollarse el proceso de la administración en la empresa moderna. El propósito de este capítulo es citar conceptos que aporten a como diseñar e implementar un modelo de gestión administrativo eficiente. En el Segundo Capítulo se encuentra la realización de entrevistas y cuestionarios a los administradores y trabajadores de la Compañía Comercial Baterías Ledesma S.A., producto de estas entrevistas y cuestionarios hemos podido determinar cómo ha afectado en sus principales áreas: Caja-Bancos, Crédito y Cobranzas, Inventarios y Ventas, la falta de un modelo de gestión administrativa eficiente. En el Tercer Capítulo se elabora el desarrollo de la propuesta para afrontar y solucionar las actuales dificultades que enfrenta la compañía. Nuestra propuesta de diseñar un modelo de gestión administrativa consiste en elaborar y estructurar procesos administrativos claros y concisos en las áreas: Caja-Bancos, Crédito y Cobranzas, Inventarios y Ventas, crear reportes e implementar políticas de control y mostrar ciertos indicadores de gestión, todo lo propuesto permitirá lograr una gestión administrativa eficiente y la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. En el Cuarto Capítulo se presentan las conclusiones obtenidas en cuanto a los aportes que brinda este trabajo investigativo a la compañía objeto de estudio y que podría convertirse en un referente para empresas de similares características. También se encuentran las recomendaciones sobre aspectos que la compañía debe tomar en cuenta con el fin de seguir mejorando sus gestiones en el área administrativa y lograr el cumplimiento de las metas propuestas. En la parte de los anexos se enmarca parte de nuestra propuesta, ya que aquí se muestran los reportes de control creados en el presente trabajo investigativo con el fin de controlar y mejorar la gestión en las áreas: Caja-Bancos, Crédito y Cobranzas, Inventarios y Ventas, también se anexaron los reportes que actualmente proporciona el sistema de la empresa.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe company taken for this research work has revealed weaknesses in the management of the main areas: Cash on hand – Banks, Accounts Receivable, Inventories and Sales. For this reason our research is intended to elaborate a management model that allows appropriate handling of the above-mentioned areas and, in turn, be a referent for other companies that want to improve its management processes. The present research work is developed in four chapters, beginning with the background in which are detailed: Problem Statement, Problem Formulation, and systematization of the problem, objectives, justification of research, hypothesis, viability and research limitation. In the first chapter we present all the theoretical aspects regarding administration, concept of enterprise, different kind of enterprises, main aspects and generalizations about administrative management, and how the process of administration in modern enterprises should be developed. In the second chapter, there are interviews and questionnaires done by us to the administrators and workers of “Baterías Ledesma S.A COMMERCIAL COMPANY.” As a result of these interviews and questionnaires, we have been able to determine how the lack of an efficient management model has affected the main areas of: Cash on hand – Banks, Credits and Collections, Inventories and Sales. In the third Chapter, we present our take on how to improve these weaknesses and difficulties that the company is facing. Our proposal of designing an administrative management model consists of elaborating and structuring clear and accurate administrative processes in the areas of: Cash on hand – Banks, Credits and Collections, Inventories and Sales. As well as creating reports, implementing control policies and showing certain management indicators. The proposed recommendation will enable the company to get an efficient administrative management which will lead it to achieve all the strategic objectives. In the fourth chapter, we present the conclusions obtained regarding the contribution that this research work gives to the company under study and which could become a reference for companies with similar features.
