| dc.description.abstract | Las técnicas de retiro de limas endodónticas fracturadas, es la remoción de la lima separada dentro del conducto en su totalidad, en donde se observará el lugar y el momento donde ocurre la fractura. Los factores que influyen en la fractura de la lima endodontica es el uso excesivo del instrumental, mal diagnóstico, falta de conocimiento y habilidad, siendo la curvatura radicular el factor con más incidencia a la fractura, de acuerdo, con el nivel de fractura, mientras, más apical sea el lugar de fractura, más difícil su extracción. La investigación tiene como objetivo medir el nivel de conocimiento de la técnicas para el retiro de limas endodónticas fracturadas, de los estudiantes de décimo semestre de la Facultad Piloto de Odontología de la Universidad de Guayaquil por tanto, se utilizaran datos estadísticos de una forma estructurada diseñada, donde se demostró que la mayor incidencia de fractura de limas se da a nivel apical debido a la curvatura y una manera de abordarlo es través de la técnica radiográfica bramante, teniendo como resultado que el conocimiento del estudiante es bueno, siendo adecuado con respecto al nivel académico del mismo, la siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo enriquecer el conocimiento de los alumnos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The technique of removal of fractured endodontic files, is the removal of the separated file within the entire root canal whereupon the place and the moment where the fracture occurs is determined. The factors that influence the fracture of the endodontic file are the excessive use of instruments, misdiagnosis, lack of knowledge and ability, and root curvature; the latter being the one with the highest incidence of fracture; thus the more apical the fracture is, the more difficult the extraction. This research aims to measure the level of knowledge of the techniques for the removal of fractured endodontic files, of the tenth semester students of the Pilot School of Dentistry at the University of Guayaquil; the statistical data are used in structurally. Findings suggest that the highest incidence of file fracture occurs at the apical level due to the curvature of the root canal. A way of approaching it is through the roaring radiographic technique. Furthermore, the students’ knowledge is good, being adequate with respect to their academic level. | es_ES |
