dc.description.abstractEn el presente proyecto de tesis se plantea la elaboración y comercialización de crema reductora de estrías a base de café y aceite de coco, al contener productos naturales el área maltratada se ve beneficiada por el aceite de coco que hidrata y el café que aporta firmeza a la piel y no se verá expuesta a maltratos por los químicos que contienen algunas cremas ocasionando alergia en la piel, este mercado está creciendo a un 10 % anual debido que se está adquiriendo la cultura de la belleza y se ha encontrado una forma de venta que no es explotada totalmente, que es a través de internet. La misión es ayudar al cuidado corporal, para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Dentro de la investigación de mercado realizada se confirma que tendrá aceptación en el mercado, además que se puede realizar las ventas a través de internet desde la página web y redes sociales de la empresa, la tasa interna de retorno que se obtiene ante la inversión requerida por este proyecto es de 30,09% en comparación a la tasa mínima atractiva de retorno del 12,34%, además se obtiene en el proyecto un valor actual neto de $31.466,08.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis project the development and marketing of reducing stretch mark cream with coffee and coconut oil, containing natural products the battered area is benefiting from coconut oil which moisturizes and coffee that brings firmly arises skin and will not be exposed to mistreatment by chemicals containing some creams causing skin allergy, this market is growing at 10% annually because being acquired culture of beauty and found a way of sale is not fully exploited, that is through the Internet. The mission is to help the body care to meet the needs of customers. In research conducted market it is confirmed to have acceptance in the market, and you can make sales via the internet from the website and social networks of the company, the internal rate of return obtained before the investment required this project is 30.09% compared to the minimum attractive rate of return of 12.34%, also is obtained in the project a net present value of $31,466.08.es_ES
