Análisis de la oferta turística de la parroquia Posorja con la finalidad de potencializar la misma, en función del mejoramiento del nivel socio-económico de la población posorjeña

Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza el pasado y presente de la Parroquia Posorja, de la provincia de Guayas a fin de determinar su potencial como destino turístico clave en la provincia, proyectarlo a futuro y determinar qué actividades deben realizarse para alcanzar esta meta También se analiza los factores que han llevado al actual esquema de producción de la parroquia y qué consecuencias le ha traído en su estructura, su medio ambiente y su composición social; los efectos de la actividad pesquera, sobre la playa inmediata de la parroquia, atractivo turístico que disfrutaban los turistas en tiempos pasados y su situación actual. Además, se efectúa una evaluación de los atractivos turísticos de la Parroquia y su área de influencia, que presentan un potencial turístico y económico para esta localidad y finalmente, presenta una alternativa válida de desarrollo sostenible que convierta al turismo en la principal actividad productiva de la parroquia, involucrando a la comunidad y a los sectores público y privado, apuntando a la autonomía y la creación de instituciones que permitan la autogestión y permanencia de planes de desarrollo.
This work analyzes the past and present of Parroquia Posorja of the Guayas Province in order to determine her potential as a key touristic destination in the province, projecting it to the future and determine what activities must be made to achieve this goal. It also analyzes the factor that led to the present scheme of production of the Parroquia and what consequences were brought in her structure, her environment and social composition, the effects of the fishing activity on the immediate beach of the Parroquia, touristic attraction enjoyed by tourists in former times and the situation today. Furthermore, an evaluation is made of the touristic attractions of the Parroquia and her area of influence, that show a touristic and economic potential for this locality and finally, it presents a valid development alternative for sustainable development to make tourism the main productive activity of the Parroquia with the participation of the community and the public and private sectors, pointing towards autonomy and the creation of institutions to make possible self-government and the permanence of the development plans.
