dc.description.abstractEl tema TRASFERENCIA DE CONOCIMIENTOS PARA FORMALIZAR Y FORTALECER LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DEL EMPRENDEMIENTO PIEDACITA situado en la Parroquia Febres Cordero en las calles 20 y la C Suroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil surge ante la notoria necesidad de corregir y cubrir falencias de tipo administrativo y organizacional que permitan mejorar el desarrollo de la actividad comercial del emprendimiento Piedacita, implementando sistemas y estrategias basadas en los conocimientos académicos adquirido en el periodo universitario; el cual conlleva una transformación que va de un negocio informal a un local propiamente estructurado en el que requiere de nuevos recursos para cumplir ciertos parámetros acorde al tipo de negocio a desempeñar brindando comodidad a los posibles clientes. En la actualidad la competencia es bastante considerable en el sector en el de que se desarrolla la actividad, motivo por el cual es indispensable realizar cambios de manera oportuna logrando brindar un servicio de excelencia ya que lo primordial es cumplir completamente con las expectativas de los clientes y posiblemente incrementar la lista de clientes potenciales. Además de mantenerse en el mercado como parte de la competencia obteniendo una ventaja competitiva por ofrecer un óptimo servicio, coadyuvando en sí al desarrollo y prosperidad de la sociedad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe subject TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE TO FORMALIZE AND STRENGTHEN THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP OF PIEDACITA located in Febres Cordero Parish on 20th and Southwest C of the city of Guayaquil arises before the notorious need to correct and cover administrative and organizational failures that Allow to improve the development of the commercial activity of the Piedacita enterprise, implementing systems and strategies based on the academic knowledge acquired in the university period; Which entails a transformation that goes from an informal business to a properly structured premises in which it requires new resources to meet certain parameters according to the type of business to perform providing comfort to potential clients. Currently the competition is quite considerable in the sector in which the activity is developed, which is why it is essential to make changes in a timely manner to provide a service of excellence as the primary thing is to fully meet the expectations of customers And possibly increase the list of potential customers.
