dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como propósito crear un “Centro de Revisión Técnica Vehicular” ubicado en la provincia de los Ríos en la cabecera cantonal de la ciudad de Babahoyo, el centro de revisión técnica vehicular acontece por adjudicarse la trasferencia de competencias de tránsito al municipio de Babahoyo, en la actualidad la ciudad no se cuenta con un centro de revisión técnica vehicular que ofrezca los servicios de gestión automotriz, es por ello la atención se realiza en oficinas del terminal terrestre y en otras entidades ubicadas en distintos lugares del centro de la ciudad , por medio de este establecimiento se brindará control y revisión a los vehículos en los siguientes aspectos, técnicos mecánicos, al realizar pruebas de suspensión, revisión de holguras, inspección visual con equipamientos mecatrónicos y sistema computarizados, para que los vehículos se mantengan por debajo de los estándares establecidos en las regulaciones vigentes de emisiones contaminantes, aspectos de seguridad al proveer documentación legalizada del vehículo, y la verificación de las condiciones mínimas para circular por las calles. También se ofrecerá un servicio integral y especializado sin tener que acudir a diferentes entidades públicas y así optimizar tiempo evitando los tediosos procesos que conlleva asistir a estos centros, para realizar su gestión automotrizes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project aims at creating a "overview technical center vehicular" located in the province of the Rivers in the cantonal head of the city of Babahoyo, the center of technical review vehicular happens by winning the transfer of competencies transit to the municipality of Babahoyo, currently the city does not benefit from a center of vehicular technical revision to provide services automotive management, which is why attention is done bus terminal in offices and other entities located in different parts of downtown, through this establishment control and review it would provide the vehicles in the following aspects, mechanical technicians, when testing suspension, revision clearances, visual inspection with mechatronic equipment and computerized system for vehicles to remain below standards established in the applicable regulations of pollutant emissions, safety issues by providing documentation legalized vehicle, and verification of the minimum conditions for driving on the streets, a comprehensive and specialized service will also be offered without having to go to different public entities and optimize time avoiding the tedious processes involved in attending these centers technical inspection vehicle for its automotive management.es_ES
