dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se propone evidenciar efectivamente los factores de riesgo psicosociales que afectan al personal del área de mecanizado, son de carácter psicosocial, y que es posible crear un adecuado plan de acción preventiva-correctiva, que consiga mejorar las condiciones y los efectos positivos del trabajador y de la empresa. Manejándose herramienta de análisis istas 21 para poder (Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar) en mejora continua, importantes para el diagnóstico, propuesta y conclusiones; obteniéndose como resultado un modelo de intervención enfocado en los riesgos psicosociales hallados en el área de mecanizado. Poner en marcha la programación de la propuesta, la cual se enfoca en reducir y controlar los riesgos encontrados, facilitar de parte de la empresa los recursos necesarios a nivel humano, materiales y de infraestructura para cumplir con la propuesta.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project aims to show that effectively highlight the psychosocial risk factors that affect the personnel of the machining area, are psychosocial in nature, and that it is possible to create an appropriate preventive-corrective action plan, which manages to improve the conditions and the positive effects of the worker and the company. Using analysis tools 21 to be able to (Plan, Do, Verify and Act) of continuous improvement, important for the diagnosis, proposal and conclusions; obtaining as a result an intervention model focused on the psychosocial risks found in the machining area. Start up the programming of the proposal, which focuses on reducing and controlling the risks found, providing the company with the necessary resources at the human, material and infrastructure levels to comply with the proposal.es_ES
