Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación es un análisis de la actividad emprendedora de los comerciantes formales e informales del nuevo mercado “Las Manuelas” del cantón Durán, se recolectó información como fuente primaria a 428 comerciantes del mercado, se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental transversal. Para el análisis se caracterizaron los perfiles de los comerciantes por secciones del mercado que se incluyó aspectos demográficos y comerciales. Se concluye que existen limitaciones que afectan al desarrollo del negocio, que ciertos comerciantes tienen bajo nivel de adaptabilidad en el nuevo mercado y que el comercio informal influye en la sostenibilidad de los emprendimientos.
The present titling work is an analysis of the entrepreneurial activity of the formal and informal traders of the new market “Las Manuela’s” of the Durán canton, information was collected as primary source to 428 merchants of the market, a descriptive investigation was conducted, with Quantitative approach and non-experimental transversal design. For the analysis, the profiles of the merchants were characterized by market sections that included demographic and commercial aspects. It is concluded that there are limitations that affect the development of the business that certain merchants have a low level of adaptability in the new market and that informal trade influences the sustainability of the enterprises.
