dc.description.abstractEn esta presenta investigación del Estudio de caso hemos logrado identificar y conocer las normativas aplicables en la existencia de vulneración de derechos y que nuestra metodología que utilizamos nos permitió determinar la falta de citación que existió de parte del accionante en todo lo actuado durante el juicio. El fin inmediato de la ley procesal es entonces la aplicación de la disposición legal al caso concreto. Lo que busca en todo este andamiaje constitucional es hacer cumplir los hechos que el estado garantiza a todo ciudadano, cuales son el derecho debido proceso, la defensa en juicio y a una justicia sin dilaciones. Para ellos nos justificaremos con investigación que nos permitieron saber si existió o no la vulneración de los derechos constitucionales y las omisiones de solemnidades sustanciales en el proceso. Estos tipos de anormalidades se presentan cuando existen vicios en el procedimiento, defecto en el trámite.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this case study investigation, we have managed to identify and know the applicable regulations in the existence of violation of rights and that our methodology allowed us to determine the lack of citation that existed on the part of the plaintiff in everything that took place during the trial. The immediate purpose of the procedural law is then the application of the legal provision to the specific case. What he seeks in all this constitutional scaffolding is to enforce the facts that the state guarantees to every citizen, which are the right due process, the defense in court and a justice without delay. For them, we will justify ourselves with an investigation that allowed us to know whether or not the violation of constitutional rights existed and the omissions of substantial solemnities in the process.
