Resumen
En la organización se requiere mejorar el costo de mano de obra de proyecto y evitar
la incertidumbre en la información de manejo de los insumos. Al aplicar técnicas como el
análisis de productividad, el estudio de trabajo y la gestión de proyectos, se busca contar con
la información necesaria para realizar un planeamiento técnico, organizar las obras y
optimizar los recursos.
La presente investigación esta direccionada a la administración de proyectos de
construcción de instalaciones de distribución de GLP por tubería, por lo consiguiente se ha
realizado un análisis cualicuantitativo. Se han estudiado los proyectos con mayor rentabilidad
para la organización y se han gestionado por medio de modelos matemáticos de
programación lineal, el uso de estándares de tiempo y el estudio de operaciones, obteniendo
una mejora en rentabilidad del 13,6% y optimización de procesos en tiempo y organización.
Por otra parte, el área operativa, se beneficia de este estudio ya que se dispondrá de
información exacta y oportuna para la toma de decisiones y las iniciativas de mejora,
mediante estrategias efectivas formuladas con un planteamiento técnico, para evitar los
incumplimientos con el cliente, controlar y medir las ganancias para el accionista y, mejorar
la imagen de la empresa
In the organization, it is necessary to improve the cost of project labor and avoid uncertainty in the information on the management of inputs. By applying techniques such as productivity analysis, work study and project management, the aim is to have the necessary information to carry out technical planning, organize works and optimize resources. The present investigation is directed to the administration of construction projects of LPG pipeline distribution facilities, therefore a qualitative and quantitative analysis have been carried out. The projects with the highest profitability for the organization have been studied and managed by means of linear programming mathematical models, the use of time standards and the study of operations, obtaining an improvement in profitability of 13.6% and process optimization in time and organization. On the other hand, the operational area benefits from this study since accurate and timely information will be available for decision-making and improvement initiatives, through effective strategies formulated with a technical approach, to avoid non-compliance with the client, and thus control and measure profits for the shareholder and improve the image of the company.
