| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación tiene como principal objetivo proponer un manual de procesos para el área operativa de la empresa VIDRIALUM de la ciudad de Santo Domingo, por ello se realizó el estudio de antecedentes que pueden expresar de manera clara las variables, como base principal se determinó que se utilizara la investigación cualitativa, ejecutando entrevistas al jefe operativo y al operario principal, por medio de esta indagación se pudo constatando la necesidad del manual de procesos operativos, para este proceso se debe de analizar la problemática por ello los procedimientos operativos deben de ser estudiados en los siguientes aspectos: estructura organizacional, necesidades del puesto, donde se identificarán cada puesto en la línea de producción. En conclusión, este trabajo de investigación es de factible utilización, no es necesaria mucha inversión económica y no crea dificultades para ser captadas e implementadas. El manejo de este Manual será de todos aquellos que intervengan en los procesos del área operativa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the research project is to propose a process manual for the operational area of the VIDRIALUM company in the city of Santo Domingo, for which a background study was carried out that can clearly express the variables, as the main basis was determined that qualitative research be used, executing interviews with the chief operating officer and the main operator, through this inquiry it was found that the manual of operational processes was necessary, for this process the problem should be analyzed, therefore the operating procedures should be studied in the following aspects: organizational structure, needs of the position, where each position in the production line will be identified. In conclusion, this research work is feasible to use, it does not require much economic investment and does not create difficulties to be captured and implemented. The handling of this Manual will be of all those that intervene in the processes of the operative area. | es_ES |
