Resumen
Esta sistematización tuvo como objeto el proceso de enseñanza de la educación sexual en niños con
discapacidades físicas e intelectuales leves en un centro educativo especial, se determinó como eje de
investigación: ¿Qué estrategias y técnicas psicoeducativas se aplican en la enseñanza de la orientación
sexual a niños con discapacidad?, con el objetivo de describir el proceso de enseñanza de la educación
sexual en niños con diferentes tipos de discapacidades, para orientarlos a un desarrollo preventivo
integral. Se aplicó una metodología cualitativa con enfoque descriptivo, tomando como fuentes de
información la observación directa, proyección de imágenes, juegos y materiales lúdicos. La reflexión
crítica permitió constatar la efectividad de la intervención basada en la planificación personalizada de
contenidos en base a las necesidades educativas, participación de los padres y reforzamiento de
talleres. Como conclusión se puede indicar que los conceptos básicos sobre el autocuidado de estos
niños permitieron orientarlos hacia el reconocimiento corporal, su valoración individual propiciando
con ello una educación sexual preventiva e integral.
This systematization aimed to examine the teaching process of sexual education in children with mild physical and intellectual disabilities in a special education center. The research focus was identifying and analyzing the psychoeducational strategies and techniques employed in teaching sexual orientation. The primary purpose is to comprehensively describe this process with the aim of guiding children towards a preventive integral development, meticulously considering the inherent specifics of each type of disability addressed. A qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach was employed, utilizing direct observation, image projection, games, and playful materials as sources of information. Critical reflection revealed the effectiveness of the intervention based on personalized content planning according to educational needs, parental involvement, and reinforcement of workshops. In conclusion, it can be stated that imparting fundamental concepts of self-care to these children facilitated their orientation towards body awareness, individual appreciation, thereby fostering a comprehensive and preventive sexual education
