dc.description.abstractSe analizaron todos los criterios científicos de libros, revistas y artículos, pero lo principal lo que se consideró para la realización de este trabajo es identificar qué tipo de analgésicos y de qué manera son administrados en la clínica de odontopediatría. Su importancia de saber y preguntar al paciente niño o el padre responsable que lo acompaña, sus antecedentes personal o familiar, si ha presentado algún cuadro alérgico hacia algún fármaco en especial a un analgésico. Conocer los tipos de analgésicos sus presentaciones y dosificaciones adecuadas para cada niño, esto es posible conociendo la edad, el peso y el tratamiento al que fue sometido el paciente niño. La administración siempre debe estar basada en el conocimiento de cada analgésico y su presentación, se recomienda ser considerado con el dolor y la intensidad que manifiesta el paciente, y su atención debe ser inmediata. El analgésico más utilizado en esta clínica en este período lectivo es el paracetamol, seguido del ibuprofeno, ácido acetil salicílico y el naproxeno.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThere were analyzed all the scientific criteria of books, magazines and articles, but the principal thing what was considered for the accomplishment of this work is identifies that type of analgesics and of that way they are administered in the clinic of Pediatric dentistry. His importance of being able and asking the patient child or the responsible father who accompanies it, his precedents personally or family, if he has presented some allergic picture towards some medicament especially to an analgesic. The types of analgesics know his presentations and dosings adapted for every child, this is possible knowing the age, the weight and the treatment to which the patient child was submitted. The administration always must be based on the knowledge of every analgesic and his presentation, is recommended to be considered by the pain and the intensity that the patient demonstrates, and his attention must be immediate. The analgesic most used in is clinical in this school period is the paracetamol followed of the ibuprofeno, acid acetil salicílico and the naproxeno.es_ES
