| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación presente, se basó en el problema que puede llegar a presentarse debido a las reacciones desfavorables como consecuencia del uso de anestésico local en pacientes que presenten alergia.es importante recalcar que en el campo de la odontología es necesario el uso este tipo de fármaco. Como es sabido el objetivo de la administración de un fármaco sea este de cualquier tipo, es lograr el efecto clínicamente favorable y beneficioso para el paciente, sin embargo puede que ocurran efecto adversos debido al uso de esto fármacos, incluso en conjunto con los efectos deseados ocurriendo la llamada reacción alérgica o de hipersensibilidad , el proceso alérgico se considera una reacción antígeno anticuerpo, donde interviene el sistema inmunológico, y para que se presente en el paciente , se necesita la administración de dosis del mismo medicamento en distintos tiempos . La alergia a los fármacos puede llegar a variar desde un prurito local hasta el punto de ocasionar el choque anafiláctico el cual conduce al colapso cardiovascular y al no ser tratado a tiempo puede ser mortal. Hay que tener en claro que el fenómeno alérgico es desconocido en cuanto a su etiología, por lo tanto Para evitar tales reacciones adversar en nuestro consultorio dentales, es importante que el profesional antes de atender un paciente, realice una historia clínica con el fin de poder conocer el estado general del paciente llegando así, a saber si este es alérgico a un fármaco optando por una mejor terapéutica que valla de acuerdo con este paciente. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work was based on the problem that can actually arise due to adverse reactions resulting from the use of local anesthetic in patients with allergy. Importantly, in the field of dentistry it is necessary to use this type of drug. As is known the purpose of the administration of a drug is that of any type , is to achieve clinically positive and beneficial effect for the patient , but can occur adverse effect due to use of this drug , even in conjunction with the desired effects call occurring hypersensitivity or allergic reaction , allergic process is considered a antigen -antibody reaction where the immune system is involved , and which present in the patient , the administration of doses of drug is needed at different times. The drug allergy can vary from a local itching to the point of causing anaphylactic shock which leads to cardiovascular collapse and not being treated early can be fatal.
