dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo titulado, “Importancia de las actividades lúdicas y recreativas para el envejecimiento positivo de los adultos mayores” fue realizado en el Centro Gerontológico “Sagrada familia”, ubicado en el cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi, la población estudiada fueron adultos mayores de 65 a 92 años del Centro, modalidad diurna, en la que se observó que muchos gerontes vivían solos, situación que afectaba su vida emocional, por tal razón se planteó como objetivo describir la importancia de las actividades lúdicas y recreativas para el envejecimiento positivo de los adultos mayores del Centro Gerontológico “Sagrada Familia”. El objeto sistematizado fue, envejecimiento positivo de los adultos mayores y el eje fue, ¿Cuál es la importancia de las actividades lúdicas y recreativas en el envejecimiento positivo? La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa descriptiva. Para recolectar información se utilizaron: informes de instrumentos aplicados, historia clínica, informes de bitácoras, informes de talleres y focus group. Como reflexión crítica este trabajo permitió evidenciar que los niveles anímicos y de socialización mejoraron notablemente por lo que sería importante, se incluyan en programas que permitan la participación no solo del adulto mayor con más adultos mayores sino también con demás miembros de la familia, generando conciencia sobre la importancia que le estamos dando a nuestros adultos mayores. Se concluye que este trabajo fue una experiencia significativa, nos permitió desarrollar habilidades, destrezas y compromiso en cada una de las actividades realizadas; así como también la importancia de la aplicación del conocimiento impartido en las aulas, aplicado al campo prácticoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work entitled, "Importance of recreational and recreational activities for the positive aging of older adults" was carried out in the Gerontological Center "Sagrada Familia", located in the canton of La Maná, province of Cotopaxi, the population studied were older adults from 65 to 92 years of the Center, day mode, in which it was observed that many people lived alone, a situation that affected their emotional life, for this reason it was proposed to describe the importance of recreational and recreational activities for the positive aging of the elderly of the Gerontological Center "Sagrada Familia". The systematized object was, positive aging of the elderly and the axis was, what is the importance of recreational and recreational activities in positive aging? The methodology used was qualitative descriptive. To collect information, reports of applied instruments, medical records, log reports, workshop reports and focus group were used. As a critical reflection, this work allowed us to show that the mood and socialization levels improved markedly for what would be important, be included in programs that allow the participation not only of the elderly with more older adults but also with other family members, raising awareness about the importance we are giving to our older adults. It is concluded that this work was a significant experience, it allowed us to develop skills, abilities and commitment in each of the activities carried out; as well as the importance of the application of the knowledge imparted in the classrooms, applied to the practical fieldes_ES
