Resumen
En la presente investigación denominada delitos sexuales a niños y niñas en la Unidad Educativa Replica Aguirre Abad los principales resultados dentro de este estudio de caso fueron que hubo abusos sexuales en niños y niñas de la mencionada unidad educativa, los mismos que fueron puestos a órdenes de la justicia y han sido el referente para que otros casos salgan a la luz; asimismo, el seguimiento y la confianza de los padres en sus hijos y en el sistema de justicia han marcado un precedente al respecto de lo que se debe hacer para prevenir más delitos como este, y finalmente, se realizó recomendaciones de enmiendas constitucionales en la Carta Magna, a fin de garantizar la protección de los niñas, niñas y adolescentes y realizar los respectivos ajustes para el COIP, para que todo sea articulado hacia lograr el objetivo.
In the present investigation called sexual crimes against boys and girls in the Replica Aguirre Abad Educational Unit, the main results within this case study were that there were sexual abuses in boys and girls of the aforementioned educational unit, the same ones who were placed under the orders of justice and have been the benchmark for other cases to come to light; Likewise, the monitoring and trust of parents in their children and in the justice system have set a precedent regarding what should be done to prevent more crimes like this, and finally, recommendations for constitutional amendments were made in the Charter Magna, in order to guarantee the protection of children and adolescents and make the respective adjustments for the COIP, so that everything is articulated towards achieving the objective.
