| dc.description.abstract | El emprendedorismo en la rama de las ciencias económicas y administrativas que se enfoca en la explotación de las oportunidades de generar nuevos negocios por tanto en el presente estudio se plantea la necesidad de conducir un estudio previo para identificar los hábitos de consumo, las necesidades y los deseos de los consumidores del sector de la Florida Norte de la parroquia Tarqui de la ciudad de Guayaquil, presenta una población insatisfecha en el mercado de los restaurantes. Se plantea como objetivo analizar las características del mercado de restaurantes en el sector Florida norte de la parroquia Tarqui de la ciudad de Guayaquil para verificar la viabilidad de la implementación de un restaurante-cafetería con un ambiente temático y una variada oferta de menú de la gastronomía típica nacional. Se recurrirá al uso de una matriz sistémica de alcance mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), de tipo aplicada, documental y descriptiva. La recolección de la información se realizará con técnicas en las que los instrumentos de análisis serán diseñados por los autores de este Trabajo de Titulación, de manera que respondan a los requerimientos específicos para alcanzar las metas planteadas. Se procedió a analizar la oferta y la demanda en el mercado de restaurantes del sector concluyendo la tendencia por el consumo de platos típicos de nuestra cultura con un marcado nivel de preferencia por elementos decorativos para llegar al mercado objetivo ofreciendo un ambiente agradable y cálido con una infraestructura creativa, un diseño innovador y una imagen que permita marcar la identidad del negocio, de manera que el cliente quede impresionado y satisfecho. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Entrepreneurship in the branch of economic and administrative sciences that focuses on the exploitation of the opportunities to generate new business therefore in the present study raises the need to conduct a previous study to identify the consumption habits, the needs and the Consumer desires of the North Florida sector of the Tarqui parish of the city of Guayaquil, presents an unsatisfied population in the restaurant market. The objective is to analyze the characteristics of the restaurant market in the North Florida sector of the parish of Tarqui in the city of Guayaquil to verify the viability of the implementation of a restaurantcafeteria with a thematic atmosphere and a varied menu offer of gastronomy Typical national. The use of a systemic matrix of mixed scope (qualitative and quantitative), of an applied, documentary and descriptive type will be used. The collection of information will be carried out using techniques in which the instruments of analysis will be designed by the authors of this Titling Work, so that they respond to the specific requirements to reach the goals set. We analyzed the supply and demand in the restaurant market of the sector, concluding the trend for the consumption of typical dishes of our culture with a marked level of preference for decorative elements to reach the target market offering a pleasant and warm atmosphere with a Creative infrastructure, an innovative design and an image that allows marking the identity of the business, so that the customer is impressed and satisfied. | es_ES |
