Análisis de factibilidad para la creación de un centro recreacional que contribuya al desarrollo turístico del cantón Isidro Ayora provincia del Guayas

Resumen
Durante el trayecto de este proceso investigativo de la aplicación del ANÁLISIS DE FATIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UN CENTRO RECREACIONAL QUE CONTRIBUYA AL DESARROLLO TURÍSTICO DEL CANTÓN ISIDRO AYORA, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS el cantón vive una realidad que en otras partes del país se observa que es la poca inversión en sitios de esparcimientos y recreación, actualmente en el cantón no existe alguno de esto tipo de esparcimiento por lo cual es conveniente la necesidad de crear un centro recreativo para esta comunidad y sus alrededores.
Al realizar las encuestas en el cantón isidro ayora se tomó como muestra a una pequeña parte de la población, se utilizó la formula finita a los 10.870 habitantes que tiene este cantón, dándonos un resultado de 371 personas encuestadas.
El análisis de las encuestas que se realizó en el cantón Isidro Ayora se obtuvo como resultado que la mayoría de la población está totalmente de acuerdo en que se realice este tipo de proyecto, y que sus visitas hacia el centro recreacional serán frecuentes, y están conformes con el tipo de actividades que se desarrollaran en el centro recreativo.
Se verificó que es factible implementar este tipo de lugares de distracción, a través de las respectivas promociones de los servicios que ofrecerá el centro recreativo, y con los análisis financieros correspondientes, que ayudaron a determinar la factibilidad del proyecto, este proyecto centro recreacional “Mocora” se busca reactivar la actividad turística y económica del cantón Isidro Ayora.
During the course of this investigative process through the enforcement of a FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE CREATION OF A RECREATIONAL CENTER TO CONTRIBUTE WITH THE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT OF ISIDRO AYORA CANTON, GUAYAS PROVINCE. It was perceived that the canton lives a fact that in other parts of the country is also seen, which is the little investment in amusements and recreation sites, currently in the canton there is not any of this type of entertainment, then it was taken into consideration the need to create a recreation center for this community and its surroundings. Through surveys in Isidro Ayora Canton, it was taken as sample a small part of the population, the finite formula was used for the10,870 inhabitants giving a result of 371 respondents. In the analysis of the surveys conducted in Isidro Ayora, the result was that the majority of the population is completely agree with the type of project is carried out, and that the visits to the recreation center will be frequent, and the habitants agreed with the type of activities to be developed in the creation recreation. It was verified that it is feasible to implement these places of entertainment, through their respective services promotion offered by the recreation center, and the financial analysis that helped determine the feasibility of the project. This project at recreation center "Mocora "seeks to reactivate tourism and economy of Isidro Ayora canton.
