dc.description.abstractEste proyecto aborda el tema del aporte al desarrollo de la biblioteca comunitaria como fuente primaria de investigación, desde la organización de sus acervos documentales y la responsabilidad social de la comunidad. En ese sentido, se estructuran sus objetivos, operacionalización de sus variables, marco teórico y la metodología empleada a través de instrumentos técnicos aplicados como la encuesta, la entrevista y el cuestionario, con el fin de recopilar datos bases para analizar resultados con los que se evidencie la necesidad de implementar y optimizar el servicio bibliotecario, sus bondades para la mejora de la calidad de vida y participación comunitaria. De la interpretación dada, se deriva la propuesta de Diseñar una Guía de Procesos Técnicos donde paso a paso se describen las estrategias y herramientas necesarias para que una biblioteca organizada sea de alto impacto educativo y cultural, finalmente se establecen las conclusiones y recomendaciones relacionadas al proceso de intervención.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project addresses the issue of contribution to the development of the community library as a primary source of research, from the organization of its documentary collections and the social responsibility of the community. In this sense, its objectives are structured, operationalization of its variables, theoretical framework and the methodology used through applied technical instruments such as the survey, the interview and the questionnaire, in order to collect base data to analyze results with which evidence the need to implement and optimize the library service, its benefits for improving the quality of life and community participation. From the interpretation given, the proposal to Design a Guide for Technical Processes is derived, where step by step the strategies and tools necessary for an organized library to have a high educational and cultural impact are described, finally the conclusions and recommendations related to the process are established intervention.es_ES
