Resumen
El trabajo de investigación se realizó en base al acoso escolar y su incidencia en
el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del noveno año de educación básica
de la “Unidad Educativa del Milenio. El acoso escolar es un fenómeno que se ha
desarrollado durante muchos años atrás, del cual no se hace conciencia de los
efectos y las consecuencias que se originan en las víctimas, agresores y
observadores. El bullying es uno de los factores de la crisis social por los diversos
actos de violencia tanto físicos, psicológicos, verbales, entre otros. Las agresiones
continuas se dan dentro y fuera de los establecimientos educativos por la falta de
intervención de los docentes y de la poca importancia que se le dan a este
fenómeno que incluso ocasiona hasta la muerte de las víctimas. Los métodos que
se utilizaron en esta investigación fueron el método inductivo, método deductivo,
método analítico y el método estadístico los cuales ayudaron a determinar la
incidencia del rendimiento académico en los alumnos en relación al acoso
escolar. El objetivo de la propuesta se basa en erradicar el acoso escolar
impartiendo charlas por medio de trípticos, hojas volantes u flyers, y videos con el
fin de crear conciencia tanto en alumnos, docentes y en la sociedad en general.
The research work was based on school harassment and its impact on the academic performance of students in the ninth grade of basic education of the "Millennium Educational Unit. School bullying is a phenomenon that has been developing for many years, which is not aware of the effects and consequences of victims, aggressors and observers. Bullying is one of the factors of the social crisis due to the various acts of violence, physical, psychological, verbal, among others. Continuing assaults are occurring inside and outside educational establishments due to the lack of intervention of teachers and the lack of importance given to this phenomenon that even causes the death of the victims. The methods used in this investigation were the inductive method; deductive method, analytical method and statistical method which helped determine the incidence of academic achievement in students in relation to bullying. The purpose of the proposal is to eradicate bullying by giving talks through triptychs, leaflets or flyers, in order to raise awareness among students, teachers and society in general.
