dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se toma en consideración un problema existente en la Cabecera Cantonal de Santa Elena, que es la carencia de lugares de esparcimiento, social, cultural y deportivo. El objetivo general es plantear el diseño de un Centro Recreacional Deportivo, con enfoque sustentable para impulsar las actividades recreativas y deportivas del cantón Santa Elena, con el fin de beneficiar al desarrollo urbano y social de sus habitantes. Se aplicó el método científico de la investigación social para obtener respuesta a las interrogantes. En cuanto al estudio poblacional se toma como Marco de Referencia el Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial del Cantón Santa Elena 2014 – 2019 y en cuanto al Medio Físico y Legal se toman diferentes conceptos revisados en la exploración. La investigación confirmó la falta de los espacios ya indicados por lo que se planteó como conclusión el Diseño de un Centro Recreacional y Deportivo en el sector de los barrios La Alborada y Ciudadela La UNE en lugar de un parque que tiene planificado construir en ese sector el GADM según el PD y OT. El enfoque sustentable del proyecto se manifiesta en el desarrollo sostenible social, según el informe Bruntland en el que se refiere a la sostenibilidad “no se trata solo de la relación de la sociedad con el ambiente y los recursos naturales, sino también de las relaciones internas de la sociedad”; la población del área de influencia directa e indirecta cambiará su modo de vida, los niños y jóvenes aprenderán a reciclar los desechos como el plástico, papeles, etc., a cerrar las llaves de agua, o apagar la luz, a consumir y no afectar la tierra con los desechos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the present work an existing problem is taken into account in the Cantonal Head of Santa Elena, which is the lack of recreational, social, cultural and sporting places. The general objective is to propose the design of a Recreational Sports Center, with a sustainable approach to promote the recreational and sports activities of the Santa Elena canton, in order to benefit the urban and social development of its inhabitants. The scientific method of social research was applied to obtain answers to the questions. Regarding the population study, the Development and Territorial Planning Plan of the Santa Elena Canton 2014 - 2019 is taken as Reference Framework, and in terms of the Physical and Legal Environment, different revised concepts are taken in the exploration. The investigation confirmed the lack of spaces already indicated by what was considered as conclusion the Design of a Recreational and Sports Center in the sector of the neighborhoods Alborada and Ciudadela The UNE instead of a park that has planned to build in that sector the GADM according to the PD and OT. The sustainable approach of the project is manifested in the sustainable social development, according to the Bruntland report in which it refers to sustainability "is not only about the relationship of society with the environment and natural resources, but also internal relations of the society"; the population of the area of direct and indirect influence will change their way of life, children and young people will learn to recycle waste such as plastic, paper, etc., to close the water faucets, or turn off the light, to consume and not affect the earth with the waste.es_ES
