Incidencia del aborto incompleto en mujeres de 15 a 35 años del Hospital de Bahía de Caráquez Miguel Hilario Alcivar en el período septiembre del 2012 a febrero 2013

dc.description.abstractSegún la OMS el aborto es un problema social que cada vez va incrementándose; en América Latina y el Caribe, 5.000 mujeres mueren cada año debido a complicaciones relacionadas con abortos. Algunas muertes son secundarias al conjunto de factores que derivan en una mala calidad asistencial de los servicios de salud; el mayor componente de mortalidad por aborto se debe al aborto provocado en condiciones de inseguridad. El objetivo de la investigación es identificar la incidencia del aborto incompleto en mujeres de 15 a 35 años del Hospital Miguel Hilario Alcivar dentro del periodo de “septiembre del 2012 a febrero 2013”. El diseño metodológico en éste estudio es investigativo, prospectivo, descriptivo, comparativo y transversal. Esta investigación es una experiencia que se obtendrá a través de la observación directa. Se concluye de un total de 44 pacientes presento aborto incompleto (39.3%); según la edad se dio entre los 21-25 años con el 34.1%; de Unión libre con 59.1%, proceden de áreas rurales 38.6%; la instrucción educativa se dio el mayor porcentaje el nivel primaria completa con 45.5%; conviven con sus parejas con 63.6%, son amas de casa con 72.7%; 77.3% fue un embarazo no deseado; según la semana gestacional en que se produjo el aborto de muestran que el mayor porcentaje fue de 13-16 SG con 38.6%, Los porcentajes estuvieron iguales en la presentación del aborto el 50% para inducido y el otro 50% para el espontaneo. Según el cumplimiento protocolo de manejo del aborto en curso o inevitable, incompleto, completo y diferido; el 77.28% si aplico las normas correctamente, mientras que el 22.72% no lo hizo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractAccording to WHO abortion is a social problem that will ever increase , in Latin America and the Caribbean, 5,000 women die each year from complications related to abortions . Some deaths are secondary to the combination of factors that result in poor quality of care of health services , the largest component of mortality is due to abortion induced abortion in unsafe conditions . The objective of the research is to identify the incidence of incomplete abortion in women 15 to 35 years of Miguel Hilario Alcivar Hospital within the period " September 2012 to February 2013." The methodology in this research study is prospective, descriptive , comparative and cross . This research is an experience that will be obtained through direct observation. It is concluded from a total of 44 patients showed incomplete ( 39.3 %) abortion , by age was given between 21-25 years with 34.1 % ; Free Union 59.1 % from rural areas 38.6 % ; educational instruction gave the highest percentage complete primary level with 45.5 %, live with their partners 63.6 % are housewives with 72.7 %, 77.3 % was an unwanted pregnancy , by gestational week in which the abortion of occurred show that highest percentage was 13-16 with 38.6 % SG , percentages were equal in the presentation of abortion induced 50% for and 50 % for the spontaneous .
