| dc.description.abstract | El presente siglo se caracteriza por tendencias tecnológicas que apoyan a diferentes entes ya sean estatales o privadas; la utilización de las mismas dependerá exclusivamente de cada uno de ellos, de cuanto desean invertir y por ende en que sitial, dentro del mercado donde se desenvuelven, desean posicionarse. Cada herramienta a implementarse tiene sus ventajas y ofrecen múltiples beneficios; es recomendable que las PYMES que comienzan a crecer o inician sus actividades, utilicen tecnologías que le permitan desarrollar su negocio y a medida que van aumentando sus capacidades vayan adquiriendo unas nuevas y así obtener ventajas sobre otras del mismo mercado. D’Dalis es una de las tantas PYMES que desean empezar su camino en la automatización de sus procesos; aunque ya varios de ellos dependen de herramientas tecnológicas. El presente proyecto de titulación proporciona una propuesta tecnológica a D’Dalis, dando el soporte necesario a su proceso de producción identificando cuáles son los elementos necesarios para el mejoramiento del mismo. Se lo logra a través de conversaciones sucesivas con el personal inmerso en dicho proceso, esto permitió obtener la información óptima que nos permitió realizar los formatos requeridos para que la gerencia de la PYMES anteriormente mencionada pueda tener un control más estricto y así tomar las decisiones más acertadas para la mejora en la ejecución de sus actividades en el giro de su negocio; sin olvidarnos que al implementar la presente propuesta se pudo medir una reducción significativa en el impacto ambiental, pues se aminora el uso excesivo y a veces innecesario de papel. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This century is characterized by technological trends that support different entities whether public or private; the use of them depend solely on each of them, how much they want to invest and therefore in that seat, in the market where they operate, they want to position themselves. Each tool has its advantages and implemented offer multiple benefits; it is recommended that SMEs begin to grow or start their activities, using technologies that allow them to develop their business and as they are developing capabilities are acquiring new ones and thus gain an advantage over others in the same market. D'Dalis is one of many SMEs who want to start their way in automating its processes; although several of them rely on technological tools. This project provides a technology degree D'Dalis proposal to give the necessary support to their production process by identifying what the elements necessary for the improvement thereof are. He is achieved through successive talks with immersed in this process staff, this allowed us to obtain the optimal information that allowed us to make the formats required for management of SMEs aforementioned may have tighter control and thus make decisions more successful for improvement in the implementation of its activities in the course of business; without forgetting that implementing this proposal could measure a significant reduction in environmental impact, since it reduces excessive and sometimes unnecessary paper. | es_ES |
