dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo de investigación se presenta como hacer factible la implementación de una planta industrial, además se busca como como transformar una materia prima que es el banano, de la cuál Ecuador es el principal exportador mundial, por tal razón este proyecto ayudará a la generación de empleo mediante el valor agregado fabricando harina de banano, con ello se contribuye al cambio de la matriz productiva lo cual ayuda a lograr el desarrollo industrial en el país. Para realizar un análisis técnico se emplearán herramientas de ingeniería industrial, que permitan optimizar los procesos, escoger la ubicación correcta del proceso, estimar la capacidad efectiva de la planta, además de usar contabilidad de costos para estimar los precios unitarios del kilogramo de producto terminado y demás herramientas de administración e Ingeniería que le darán al lector guía y ayuda en el área de proyectos nuevos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this research work, how to make the implementation of an industrial plant feasible is presented, it seeks to transform raw material, in this case bananas, which main world exporter is Ecuador. For this reason, this project will help the generation of employment through added value manufacturing banana flour, thereby contributing to the change of the productive matrix which helps to achieve industrial development in the country. To carry out a technical analysis, industrial engineering tools will be used, which optimize processes, the correct location of the process will be chosen, and the effective capacity of the plant will be estimated, in addition to using cost accounting to estimate the unit prices of the finished product per kilogram, and other management and engineering tools that will give the reader guidance and help in the area of new projects.es_ES
