dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro Eco turístico ubicado en la comuna la Aguadita del Cantón Colonche Provincia de Santa Elena cuyo lugar posee atractivos nunca antes explotados como bosques tropicales secos, laguna termal natural y laguna de lodo medicinal elementos potenciales para la promoción turística del sitio que involucra a más de 600 habitantes en la comuna, promoviendo un turismo comunitario adaptando la propuesta al entorno y no imponiéndose. Se busca además reconocer mediante la investigación el comportamiento de los habitantes, su participación para el desarrollo de un turismo comunitario incentivando al desarrollo económico de la localidad mediante la integración de espacios arquitectónicos compatibles con el contexto que rodea la comuna y utilizando lineamientos formales orgánicos y morfogénicos. La propuesta se desarrolla en tres etapas que involucran la justificación del tema utilizando la metodología de la investigación científica aplicada a la arquitectura delimitando y formulando el problema del proyecto, seguido de la aplicación práctica de las teóricas generadas en el proyecto y desarrollando las ingenierías involucradas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims at designing an architectural Ecotourism Center located in the commune of the Canton Aguadita Colonche the Province of Santa Elena whose place has attractions never before exploited as tropical dry forests, natural thermal lake and lagoon sludge medicinal potential elements to promote tourism site that involves more than 600 residents in the town, promoting community tourism proposal adapt to the environment and not imposed. It also seeks to recognize by investigating the behavior of the inhabitants, their participation in the development of a community tourism by encouraging the economic development of the town through the integration of compatible architectural spaces with the context surrounding the commune using organic formal guidelines and morphogenic. The proposal was developed in three stages involving the justification of the subject using the methodology of scientific research applied to architecture defining and formulating the problem of the project, followed by the practical application of the theory generated in the project and developing the engineering involved.es_ES
