dc.description.abstractEL GAD (Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado) de Pedro Carbo es una entidad que busca soluciones mediante la implementación de tecnologías para la mejora de la gestión pública, su departamento de equipo caminero perteneciente a la dirección de obras públicas, ve la necesidad de un sistema web para la asignación a las actividades diarias y los respectivos responsables además que permita la administración del mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de la misma, ya que hoy en día estos procesos son llevados en formatos físicos y a mano, lo que genera una pérdida de tiempo del personal administrativo y repercute en el tiempo de respuesta del cumplimiento de las tareas. Como solución a este problema en el presente estudio se desarrolla un sistema web que sirva como apoyo al departamento de equipo caminero, sobre todo permitiendo la mejora en el cumplimiento de actividades y mantenimientos de la maquinaria. El proyecto utiliza la metodología de desarrollo scrumban, cuenta con varios módulos, para el registro de conductores, registro de la maquinaria, su tipo, mantenimientos y proveedores, además integra un módulo que permite la asignación de actividades y su respectivo control. Finalmente se presentan los resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo realizado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe GAD (Autonomous Decentralized Government) of Pedro Carbo is an entity that seeks solutions through the implementation of technologies for the improvement of public management, its department of road equipment belonging to the public works management, sees the need for a web system for the assignment to the daily activities and the respective responsible in addition that allows the administration of the corrective and preventive maintenance of the same, since nowadays these processes are taken in physical formats and by hand, what generates a loss of time of the administrative personnel and It affects the response time of the fulfillment of tasks. As a solution to this problem in the present study, a web system is developed that serves as a support to the road team department, especially allowing the improvement in the fulfillment of activities and maintenance of the machinery. The project uses the scrumban development methodology, it has several modules for the registration of drivers, registration of machinery, its type, maintenance and suppliers, as well as a module that allows the allocation of activities and their respective control. Finally, the results, conclusions and recommendations of the work carried out are presented.es_ES
