dc.description.abstractEn 1983 se comenzó la exportación de flores en el Ecuador, para el 2003 ya se contaban con más 3.200 hectáreas para la producción de flores en su mayoría de rosas destinada mayoritariamente a Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea. La presente investigación está dirigida al análisis de la incidencia del cambio climático específicamente al sector floricultor, examinado cómo se han comportado las exportaciones del sector ante las adversidades climáticas analizando la exportación de cada tipo de flor y la exportación en dólares a los 10 países más importantes y los 10 países de menos exportación reconocidos por la asociación Expoflores, así como también el análisis respecto a la producción y cosecha obtenidas durante el periodo de la investigación, llegando a las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones, así como también se realizó la propuesta relacionada con el medio de transportación y mayor implementación de ferias internacionales mejorando así el índice de Imagen País del territorio nacional.es_ES

This research is aimed at analyzing the impact of climate change specifically on the floriculture sector, examining how the sector's exports have behaved in the face of climatic adversities by analyzing the export of each type of flower and the export in dollars to the 10 most important countries and the 10 countries with the least exportation recognized by the Expoflores association, as well as the analysis regarding the production and harvest obtained during the research period, reaching the appropriate conclusions and recommendations, as well as the proposal related to the means of transportation and greater implementation of international fairs, thus improving the Country Image index of the national territoryes_ES
