dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar la metodología logística más eficientes para ser aplicada en una empresa del sector manufacturero de papel referente al manejo de sistemas de control de inventario dentro del área de bodega de producto terminado. Se evaluaron un grupo de 7 metodologías utilizando una matriz de factores ponderados para validar el mejor método para este giro de negocio obteniendo el método ABC con mejor valor. Luego se levantó la situación actual de la empresa con la validación del macroproceso productivo de la empresa. A partir ello, se hizo énfasis en validar la situación actual del manejo logístico de los productos terminados, en donde se pudo denotar desviaciones en su gestión que representaron merma de $7.146,19, teniendo como causa raíz del problema la carencia de un modelo de control de inventarios. Se validó la factibilidad técnica por medio de la aplicación del T de Student, lo cual permitió aprobar la hipótesis alternativa que hace referencia que las metodologías logísticas disminuyen la cantidad de productos caducados.
dc.description.abstractThis work aims to identify the most efficient logistics methodology to be applied in a company of the paper manufacturing sector regarding the management of inventory control systems within the finished product warehouse area. A group of 7 methodologies were evaluated using a matrix of weighted factors to validate the best method for this line of business, obtaining the ABC method with the best value. Then, the current situation of the company was raised with the validation of the macro productive process of the company. Based on this, emphasis was placed on validating the current situation of the logistical management of finished products, where deviations in their management could be noted that represented a loss of $7,146.19, with the root cause of the problem being the lack of a control model of inventories. The technical feasibility was validated through the application of Student's T, which allowed the approval of the alternative hypothesis that refers to the fact that logistics methodologies reduce the number of expired products.
