dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el modelado de procesos en el módulo de Gestión y Seguimiento a Tutorías, este se implementará en el área de Titulación de la carrera de Licenciatura en Sistemas de Información Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial, para ello se realizó el levantamiento de información a los involucrados, para conocer el proceso. Además, se utilizó el tipo de investigación descriptiva y la metodología BPM, con la finalidad de mejorar el desempeño y optimizar los procesos de negocio. Se trabajó con la herramienta Bizagi Modeler el cual utiliza el estándar BPMN de la metodología aplicada. Dando como resultado la fácil comprensión del proceso a través de los diagramas, estableciendo las actividades que se debe realizar, las funciones que desempeña cada actor que interviene y la persona responsable del mismo. Además, con el modelado se pretende automatizar el proceso a través del desarrollo del sistema, siendo este el análisis para su realización.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to model processes in the Management and Monitoring of Tutoring module that will be implemented in the area ofTutoring of the Degree in Information Systems-Faculty of Industrial Engineering, for this purpose, the information was collected from those involved in the process, to learn about it. In addition, the descriptive research type and the BPM methodology were used, in order to improve the performance and to optimize the business process. The Bizagi Modeler tool was used, which also uses the BPM standard of the applied methodology, giving as a result the easy understanding of the process through developed diagrams, establishing the activities to be performance, the functions performed by each actor involved and the person responsible for it. Furthermore, the modeling is intended to automate the process through the development of the system, being this the analysis for its accomplishment.es_ES
