Resumen
Este proyecto tiene como propósito establecer procedimientos para el
desarrollo de la gestión documental organizativa con enfoque al diseño de
un manual de lineamientos técnicos departamentales destinado al área de
archivo del departamento de Vinculación con la Comunidad de la Muy
Ilustre Municipalidad de Guayaquil mediante una investigación
bibliográfica, estadística y de campo aplicando los conocimientos
profesionales especializados en la rama de Archivos, contribuyendo de este
modo con el mejoramiento de la administración de registro de la
información para brindar mejores condiciones de seguridad y orden
adecuado de los documentos.
The purpose of this project is to establish procedures for the development
of organizational document management with a focus on the design of a
manual of departmental technical guidelines for the archiving department of
the Department of Linking with the Community of the Very Illustrious
Municipality of Guayaquil through a bibliographic investigation, statistical
and field applying the professional knowledge specialized in the Archives
branch, thus contributing to the improvement of the administration of
information registration to provide better security conditions and proper
