dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este proyecto es brindar al personal administrativo operacional, comerciantes y consumidores del mercado de víveres Plazoleta Gómez Rendón un aplicativo web que permita el control operacional del mercado a nivel de supervisores y comerciantes como operaciones internas (Inbound), además la presencia en internet por medio de un módulo dedicado a los consumidores (Outbound). El proceder tradicional en la administración del mercado, como la toma de asistencias, el manejo de guías de remisión, notificaciones a comerciantes se respalda en documentos físicos y hojas de cálculo hasta la actualidad; la presencia de un centro de abastos avalado por la alcaldía de la ciudad en la web a disposición del consumidor en esta ciudad no existe. La metodología que se utilizará se distribuye en cinco fases: Verificación de los requerimientos, análisis y diseño, construcción, pruebas y mantenimiento, fases que son vitales y perfectamente ajustadas a las necesidades para la realización de este proyecto para el mercado. Es menester de toda entidad pública o privada implementar tecnología en sus procesos para obtener mejores y eficientes resultados, Con este aplicativo se propone sistematizar la información correspondiente a los procesos de control de asistencia de los comerciantes, notificaciones que presentan diariamente, registro de guías de remisión Además de proporcionar a la ciudadanía una página web que le permita realizar las consultas de los productos que se distribuyen en el mercado en mención; la elaboración de un software que cumpla con los requerimientos predichos es una necesidad urgente.es_ES
