Resumen
El Cantón Colimes cuenta con actividades turísticas tradicionales que acogen a
muchas personas de varias provincias del Ecuador, estas actividades son los recorridos
por las amplias playas que tiene Colimes, principalmente entre julio y agosto, los campos
de los guayacanes, donde se da el florecimiento de estos árboles que cubren con un
manto de flores, esta es una de las principales atracciones del cantón, estás duran de
seis a siete días, que es lo que dura el florecimiento y la caída de las flores de estos
hermosos árboles, pero todo esto ocurre por ciertas temporadas del año. Es por esto que
se realizó un estudio para determinar un espacio físico y que en este se desarrollen
actividades turísticas recreacionales y así aportar al desarrollo turístico del cantón todo
el año y a su vez al desarrollo económico del mismo.
En los resultados de la investigación y las encuestas realizadas se puede interpretar
la necesidad de un espacio físico determinado para las actividades turísticas, recreativas
y deportivas y que de esta manera exista un mejor desarrollo de la actividad turística y
económica del sector
