Resumen
El presente proyecto de titulación plantea el Análisis y Restructuración del software RVentas
dirigida a la optimización del control de calidad del proceso de importación, lo que
permitirá un mejor control, aumentar la eficiencia, contribuir a la estandarización y
automatización de procesos. Adicional, en base al levantamiento de información obtenida,
a través de la implementación de las etapas del ciclo de Deming y la metodología COBIT5,
se logró que los procesos que se manejan dentro de la empresa Ferretería FERRELEE, y a
través del análisis de la información, identificar las necesidades y su factibilidad para
mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos mencionados. Para el correspondiente rediseño efectivo
del software, se utilizó los cinco principios de COBIT5, los cuales ayudaron a tomar mejores
decisiones relacionadas con TI y generar más valor a partir de sus activos de información y
tecnología, revelando la factibilidad del sistema y su cumplimiento de los requisitos
solicitados.
This graduation project proposes the Analysis and Restructuring of the R-Sales software aimed at optimizing the quality control of the import process, which will allow a better control, increasing efficiency, contributing to the standardization and automation of the processes. Additionally, based on the collection of information obtained, through the implementation of the stages of the Deming cycle and the COBIT5 methodology, it was achieved that the processes that are managed within the company Ferretería FERRELEE, and through the analysis of the information, to identify the needs and their feasibility to improve the efficiency of the processes previously mentioned. For the corresponding effective redesign of the software, the five principles of COBIT5 were used, which helped to make better decisions related to IT and generate more value from its information and technology assets, revealing the feasibility of the system and its compliance with the requested requirements.
