dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo Reordenamiento Arquitectónico en Áreas Eco turísticas, en la Comuna Dos Mangas Santa Elena contribuirá al desarrollo socioeconómico de sus habitantes y al turismo ambiental, conservando y valorando su calidad natural. A pesar de que el sector cuenta con los servicios básicos para el turismo, hace falta un proyecto Arquitectónico Paisajístico que complemente lo ya existente, que brinde un buen reordenamiento arquitectónico satisfaciendo las expectativas del turista. Es importante enunciar que el proyecto surge como herramienta que propone mejorar distintos aspectos del entorno ya existente del sector. Se considerarán los respectivos estudios de áreas y actividades necesarias, basándose en normas legales nacionales e internacionales así como también constructivas ambientales que existan para este tipo de proyectos en el cual se busca aplicar sistemas que se integren al entorno natural de la zona, también aportar elementos de diseño arquitectónico sustentables que no afecten el medio ambiente planteado de acuerdo a el entorno y sector seleccionadoutilizando métodos de construcción con materiales ecológicos de la misma zona. Se cumplirán las siguientes etapas de investigación: diseño arquitectónico, estructural, sanitario, eléctrico y presupuesto. El objeto de estudio está proyectado a la población de Dos Mangas, turistas, inversionistas y autoridades competentes.	es_ES
