dc.description.abstractEl objetivo fundamental de este trabajo de investigación se enfocó en el Diseño de un Manual de Procedimiento para la Secretaría General de la Unidad Educativa Mariscal Sucre. En el primer capítulo se realizó un diagnóstico inicial, pronóstico y control al pronóstico en relación a las causas que no han permitido realizar las actividades del departamento, con gestión, control y documentación en los procesos y procedimientos. En el segundo capítulo se fundamentó la teoría de calidad, principios y beneficios en la educación, procesos, procedimientos y manuales de procedimientos. Además de aquellas investigaciones que evidencian porque es relevante realizar el diseño en el departamento con un aumento de eficiencia en su gestión. En el tercer capítulo se dispuso aquellos instrumentos y técnicas que se empleó como son: encuesta a maestros y padres de familia; además de la entrevista con la secretaría titular de la Secretaría General. En el cuarto capítulo se realizó la propuesta del tema de investigación en base a los objetivos planteados, por medio de un análisis del entorno de la institución y partes interesadas, las recomendaciones son el resultado del diagnóstico realizado. El manual de procedimientos y perfil del cargo se lo realizo de forma clara y sencilla, debido a que el personal involucrado tiene escaso conocimiento de términos y definiciones sobre calidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe fundamental objective of this research work was focused on the Design of a Procedure Manual for the General Secretariat of the Mariscal Sucre Educational Unit. In the first chapter an initial diagnosis, prognosis and control to the prognosis was made in relation to the causes that have not allowed to carry out the activities of the department, with management, control and documentation in the processes and procedures. In the second chapter the theory of quality, principles and benefits in education, processes, procedures and procedures manuals was based. In addition to those investigations that show why it is relevant to design in the department with an increase in efficiency in its management. In the third chapter, those instruments and techniques were used, such as: survey of teachers and parents; besides the interview with the titular secretary of the General Secretariat. In the fourth chapter the proposal of the research topic was made based on the objectives set, by means of an analysis of the environment of the institution and interested parties, the recommendations based on the diagnosis found. The manual of procedures and profile of the position was carried out in a clear and simple way, because the staff has little knowledge of terms and definitions about quality.es_ES
