dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal establecer el Índice de Femicidios en la Provincia del Guayas en el periodo 2008 hasta el primer semestre del año 2011. Durante este tiempo se obtuvo la autorización por parte de la institución encargada del manejo de éste tema, que contienen denuncias de comisarias, procesos penales por asesinatos de mujeres y lesiones y por último los protocolos de violencia intrafamiliar y de autopsia médico legal. De los casos analizados en el año 2008, (85) mujeres fueron asesinadas; en el año 2009 fueron (80); en el año 2010 (71) y en el primer semestre del 2011 se encontraron (59) mujeres asesinadas. Esta investigación produjo un resultado total de 295 casos de mujeres asesinadas. El 70% de los casos las víctimas tenían entre 15 y 25 años de edad; el 31% eran divorciadas; el 84% de ellas vivían en el área urbana; el 32% tenía instrucción primaria; el 72% eran de raza mestiza; el 49% pertenecía a un estrato social bajo; el 40% de estas muertes se dio en el hogar de las víctimas; en el 45% de los cuerpos se encontraron heridas de arma blanca; y, para finalizar en el 31% de los casos el victimario fue su ex cónyuge. Esta información se obtuvo en un 75% de las denuncias presentadas en la Fiscalía Provincial del Guayas, el 25% de los partes policiales inmersos en las investigaciones Fiscales. Del total de casos (295 mujeres asesinadas), se aperturaron 295 Indagaciones Previas, 45 de ellos terminaron en Instrucción Fiscal, 10 de ellos han obtenido sentencia condenatoria hasta la conclusión de la investigación. Por lo que quedó demostrada la existencia del Femicidio en la Provincia del Guayas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research has as main objective to establish the Femicides rate in the province of Guayas in the period 2008 up to the first half of 2011. During this time, the authorization from the institution responsible for managing this issue was received, containing allegations of police stations, criminal prosecutions for killings and injuries of women and finally, domestic violence protocols and forensic autopsy. Of the cases analyzed in 2008, (85) women were killed; in 2009 they were (80); in 2010 (71) and in the first half of 2011 were found (59) murdered women. This research produced a total result of 295 cases of murdered women. In 70% of the cases the victims were between 15 and 25 years old; 31% were divorced; 84% of them lived in urban areas; 32% had primary education; 72% were ''mestizas''; 49% belonged to a low social stratum; 40% of these deaths occurred in the home of the victims; in 45% of the bodies, stab wounds were found; and, finally in 31% of cases the perpetrator was her ex-spouse. This information was obtained by 75% in demands presented to the Provincial Prosecutor of Guayas and 25% in police reports immersed in fiscal investigations. Of the total cases (295 murdered women), 295 preliminary inquiries were opened, 45 of them ended in fiscal Instruction, 10 of them have obtained a condemnatory judgement until the conclusion of the investigation.
