Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la evolución de las exportaciones de piña ecuatoriana durante el periodo 2010 – 2020. La metodología se fundamentó en los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo, de tipo documental, no experimental, con alcance descriptivo-explicativo, con fines de aplicación; se usaron fuentes tanto primarias como secundarias y se empleó el método analítico – sintético. Durante el periodo de estudio el país obtuvo ingresos estándares, donde no se presenció un crecimiento en las exportaciones de piña, y donde el precio por kg de la fruta mantuvo un crecimiento moderado, razón por la cual a pesar de exportar en menores cantidades de piña en Tm, los ingresos fueron similares a los del año inicial del estudio. Las principales productoras y exportadoras de la piña ecuatoriana están agrupadas y asociadas con ASOPIÑA, quienes deben cumplir con estrictas normas fitosanitarias para poder exportar, los países donde se destina la fruta ecuatoriana son: Chile (34%), Países Bajos (14%), Bélgica (11%), Alemania (10%), EE. UU. (9%), Argentina (8%), Nueva Zelanda (2%), Uruguay (2%), Italia (1%) y Otros (6%).
The objective of this research is to analyze the evolution of Ecuadorian pineapple exports during the period 2010-2020, for this research a mixed methodology (both qualitative and quantitative), documentary, applicative, non-experimental, with a descriptive scope, of a nature was used. explanatory and exploratory. In addition, both primary and secondary sources were used and the analytical-synthetic method was used. During the study period, the country obtained standard income, where there was no growth in pineapple exports, and where the price per kg of the fruit maintained a moderate growth, which is why despite exporting in smaller quantities of pineapple In Tm, the admissions were similar to those of the initial year of the study. The main producers and exporters of Ecuadorian pineapple are grouped and associated with ASOPIÑA, who must comply with strict phytosanitary standards to be able to export, the countries where the Ecuadorian fruit is destined are: Chile (34%), Netherlands (14%), Belgium (11%), Germany (10%), USA (9%), Argentina (8%), New Zealand (2%), Uruguay (2%), Italy (1%) and Others (6% ).
