Sistema web para el control de actividades y asistencias de los docentes de la Escuela Agustín Vera Loor mediante seguimiento de cronograma de actividades y reportería móvil, e inclusión de un lector de huellas dactilares.

Resumen
El Sistema de Control de Actividades y Asistencias Docente propuesto para la
Institución Educativa Agustín Vera Loor ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, está
orientado a resolver la problemática existente en Planteles Fiscales que carecen
de Sistemas informáticos capaces de optimizar tiempo y recursos en el
desarrollo de procesos internos y externos como es el control de asistencias por
parte de Supervisores asignados al establecimiento. La metodología que se
plantea busca implementar un sistema web para el seguimiento del cronograma
de actividades de los docentes aplicando reportería móvil en android y un lector
de huellas dactilares para controlar asistencias. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto
el sistema se encuentra alojado en un hosting, donde el administrador o la
secretaria de la Institución registra la información personal de los usuarios,
captura sus huellas dactilares y genera las credenciales del sitio para que
ingresen al sistema y a la aplicación móvil. El personal docente puede publicar y
también consultar a través del sitio web o la aplicación móvil el cronograma de
las actividades que van a realizar en una fecha específica o a su vez conocer las
actividades en la que el plantel está involucrado. Se optimiza el proceso de
asistencias por medio del sistema de marcación que registra las horas de
entrada y salida de los maestros en el caso de que el personal presente un
atraso o una falta puede justificarla describiendo el motivo acompañado de un
archivo .jpg de respaldo, esta información será controlada por el supervisor. El
supervisor y cada usuario registrado puede generar reportes de las asistencias
por medio de filtros y exportarlos con el detalle de la hora, consultar las
actividades tanto en la aplicación móvil como el sistema web. De esta manera
el proyecto planteado logra mejorar el proceso administrativo del Establecimiento
incorporándola a la era tecnológica.

Thus, the proposed project does improve the administrative process of establishing incorporating it into the technological age.
