Resumen
La presente investigación se lleva a cabo debido a las alarmantes cifras de pacientes que padecen gastritis o hipertensión y que acuden frecuentemente al Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil, además del desconocimiento por parte de la ciudadanía de las consecuencias de padecer estas enfermedades, que de no ser detectas y tratadas a tiempo podrían ser mortales, por lo tanto, se plantea elaborar consultas a la base de datos proporcionada, para de esta manera obtener información que servirá de insumo a las autoridades de nuestro país, a su vez dicha información será tabulada para la obtención de indicadores. La información será clasificada por sexo, parroquia, edad, estado civil. Es de vital importancia en el área de la Salud contar con información precisa y concisa que permita analizar distintas situaciones con estadísticas reales que admita la toma de decisiones de una manera más eficaz. Se hará uso del software Tableau, una poderosa y sencilla herramienta de Data Mining, que permite la elaboración de reportes estadísticos, además permite filtrar y agrupar la información en base a las necesidades de los usuarios. Este proyecto beneficiará específicamente a la población aledaña al Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil ya que se recomendará el incremento de campañas informativas y preventivas, además brigadas médicas en los sectores más necesitados.
This research was carried out due to the alarming numbers of patients suffering from gastritis or hypertension and often come to the University Hospital of Guayaquil and the ignorance of the public of the consequences of these diseases, which otherwise detect and treated in time could be fatal, therefore, it arises build queries to the database provided, to thereby obtain information that will serve as input to the authorities of our country, turn this information will be tabulated to obtain indicators. Information will be classified by sex, parish, age, marital status. It is vital in the area of Health have accurate and concise in order to analyze different situations with real statistics that supports decision-making more effectively. Use of Tableau Software, a powerful and simple tool for Data Mining, which allows the preparation of statistical reports, and lets you filter and group information based on the needs of users will be made. This project specifically benefit the surrounding communities to the University Hospital of Guayaquil as the increase of information and prevention campaigns will recommend further medical brigades in the neediest sectors.
