In this work one presents the design and construction of a robotic arm of 3 GDL based on the Arduino platform, orientated to realize practices in the laboratory of hardware. This project brings with it the development of a system of control distantly for the robotic arm across a mobile device with operating system Android, using the wireless communication for this effect the communication Bluetooth. Between the mobile device and the robot one makes possible the connection thanks to the implementation of the module BT HC-05. The connection between the mobile device and the robot is made possible by the implementation of BT HC -05 module. The tools that were used for both the design and the creation of the control interface were: Arduino IDE to program the control board and the App Inventor 2 (AI2) application for the implementation of the interface from the mobile device. The functionality of this robot is given in part to its 3 DOF and the terminal element having in this case a clamp, this is a robot manipulator designed in a small scale, however the advantages of having a robot of these dimensions lie in costs compared with an actual model are low and the compatibility and flexibility of the prototype makes possible the development of future research regarding aspects of kinematics and control logic thereof
