Hipertensión arterial en pacientes con sobrepeso y obesidad en el anexo IESS consultorio dos del Hospital Luis Vernaza entre junio y octubre del 2014

Resumen
Esta investigación se realizó en este hospital con el fin de explicar la gran importancia que hay al identificar pacientes con hipertensión arterial cuya causa es el sobrepeso y la obesidad. Teniendo en cuanta que existe factores que pueden aumentar o disminuir tanto el sobrepeso y la obesidad como la presión arterial. Estos factores son la mala alimentación y la falta de actividad física. Por esta razón se tomó pacientes con diagnóstico de hipertensión arterial confirmado, se le realizo un interrogatorio directo por medio de encuestas y se procede a medir presión arterial, peso y talla. Con estos valores hacemos cálculo del índice de masa corporal, determinamos el tipo de dieta y si los pacientes realizan ejercicio físico. Llegando a la conclusión que el sobrepeso y la obesidad constituyen un factor de riesgo muy importante para el advenimiento de la hipertensión arterial. Siendo así que el mejorar la calidad de vida basada en una buena alimentación, realizar actividad física nos puede llevar a disminuir el riego de tener hipertensión arterial.
This research was conducted at the hospital in order to explain the great importance that there is at identifying patients with hypertension arterial whose cause is overweight and there obesity. Taking into account factors that may increase or decrease both overweight and obesity as blood pressure. These factors include poor diet and lack of physical activity. Therefore patients with confirmed diagnosis of hypertension arterial was made, he conducted a direct examination through surveys and proceeds to measure blood 43pressure, weight and height. With these values we calculate the body mass index; we determine the type of diet and whether patients perform physical exercise. Concluding that overweight and obesity are a major risk factor for the advent of high blood pressure. Whereas improving the quality of life based on good nutrition, physical activity can lead us to reduce the risk of having hypertension.
