Resumen
Con la finalidad de complementar el uso del aula virtual de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, se plantea el desarrollo o creación del Módulo de Portafolio de
Docentes para el Aula Virtual, con este módulo se espera que el docente pueda
tener una recopilación de todas sus actividades académicas y que sirvan como
evidencia de los trabajos realizados entre docente y estudiante. Este proyecto es
muy importante para la Universidad de Guayaquil, debido a que les ayudara a los
docentes a tener de forma organizada y completa información académica que ha
desarrollado durante cada ciclo o periodo. Al poseer la información del docente
condensada en un solo modulo dentro del aula virtual, facilitara a las Autoridades
de la Universidad de Guayaquil (Rectorado, Decanatos, Direcciones,
Coordinación, etc.) a realizar los seguimientos de los trabajos o actividades
realizadas por el docente. Uno de los propósitos fundamentales de la elaboración
de este módulo, es que el docente pueda contar con un repositorio o almacenador
de datos para la información generada dentro y fuera del Aula Virtual, así mismo,
el docente podrá interactuar con otros módulos que estén dentro del Aula Virtual
sin necesidad de ingresar a ellos, sino poder consultar los reportes dentro del
portafolio. Con esto, se espera poder ayudar al docente con sus registros de las
actividades académicas y custodia de la información.
