Resumen
Este proyecto es acerca Gestión de Contenido, mismo que se puede realizar en
la nube, de manera híbrida o a nivel local. Con el sistema de gestión de contenidos
Alfresco facilitará tomar el control de su contenido y compartir información crítica
que ponga en marcha los procesos que se automaticen dentro de la institución,
satisfaciendo las necesidades de TI, reduciendo los silos de información y
haciendo que el contenido sea inteligente, seguro y práctico.
Se hará la comparación con otros repositorios, se indicará las ventajas y
desventajas que ofrece la herramienta, se analizaran encuestas a estudiantes de
la carrera de ingeniería en sistemas computacionales para obtener información
sobre implementar el sistema dentro de la institución.
The purpose and importance of the project is that it is a content management working: cloud, mobile form, hybrid or local level. With the content management system Alfresco facilitate take control of their content and share critical information to launch automate the processes within the institution. Meeting the needs of IT, reducing silos of information and making the content is smart, safe and practical. Comparison with other repositories will be the advantages and disadvantages offered by the tool are indicated, surveys will be analyzed to students studying engineering in computer systems for information on implementing the system within the institution.
