Resumen
Este proyecto propone el análisis, diseño e implementación de un sistema web en centros médicos del sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de optimizar la gestión de atención al cliente en dichos centros con alta demanda de pacientes, insatisfechos con los trámites que deben realizar para obtener una cita médica o retirar los exámenes de laboratorio, permitiendo identificar las principales necesidades para el previo análisis del sistema, a través de una encuesta realizada a las personas que trabajan y se hacen atender en centros médicos, que determina la poca calidad de servicio que se les brinda a los pacientes, dado a estos resultados se implementa un sistema de información web programado con herramientas de código abierto aplicando el método de desarrollo RAD (Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Rápida) que permite desarrollar en menos tiempo, permitiendo la reducción en los precios del sistema ya que evita los costos adicionales de licenciamiento. En conclusión el análisis del estudio de este proyecto identificó las opciones que se deben desarrollar en el sistema para satisfacer las necesidades de los pacientes, resaltando la recomendación de mantener al personal debidamente capacitado para que pueda aprovechar los beneficios del aplicativo y brindar un mejor servicio a sus clientes.
This Project proposes the analysis ,design and implement of an excellent web system for the medical center in especial for those are located in the northern of the Guayaquil city, this Project has the objective of optimizing the management of the customers service, due to today these medical centers have a high demand of dissatisfied patients with the different procedures they have to do to obtain a medical appointment or remove a simple laboratory tests, these reasons permit identify the main needs for the preliminary examination systems. Through surveys to people who works and have made an appointment in this medical center, was observed a poor quality services offered to the patients. The company will implement a web information system with an open code tools in which the development method RAD (Development Rapid Applications) it allows to progress in less time, allowing a reduction in system prices avoiding additional licensing costs. In conclusion, the analysis of the study of this project identified options that must be improved the web application to know the needs of patients, as a recommendation to keep a good and properly trained staff so they can take advantage of the benefits of the application and provide better service the customers
