Resumen
La necesidad de estar rodeada de la naturaleza me motivo viajar a
la provincia Bolívar, Cantón Guaranda, ya que tiene lugares hermosos
para pasear en un transporte alternativo que nos permita movilizarnos.
Donde no se puede visitar muchos de estos lugares por falta de
transporte propio. Debido al hecho de no existir un negocio de alquiler de
bicicletas me llevó a buscar una solución necesaria para los turistas y
demás personas que pueden usar una bicicleta, crear un negocio muy
sofisticado como Bike Rental para turismo y aventuras con la inclusión de
alta tecnología de GPS. En el proceso de elaboración del plan de negocio
se han considerado varios aspectos como el análisis de la empresa y su
entorno, el análisis de mercado citando los atributos relevantes de nuestro
producto, el análisis técnico que enfoca los aspectos técnicos-operativos.
El análisis administrativo muestra el método de organización y la
descripción de las funciones de cada uno de los colaboradores y el marco
legal que la organización incluirá, además los análisis económicos,
financieros los mismos que determinan los movimientos contables y
económicos de la empresa durante los primeros 5 años, se consideró los
riesgos del negocio y los responsables, por último se presenta un
cronograma de implementación. El negocio que se plantea necesita una
inversión inicial de $18.956,21 dólares, valor que será financiado en un
60% por tres inversionistas y el restante por un préstamo bancario los
mismos que serán recuperados en 3 años y 7 meses, de acuerdo a los
estados financieros la tasa de retorno (TIR) es de 37%, el punto de
equilibrio para el primer año es de un promedio de 1.602 unidades con un
ingreso de $55.802,23 lo que demuestra que el presente plan de negocio
es completamente viable y más que nada estaremos contribuyendo con
las necesidades de las personas.
Having the need to be surrounded by nature motivated me to travel to Canton Guaranda located in the Bolívar Province which has beautiful places to visit using an alternative transportation method that allows us to move between locations. Own transportation for tourism and adventure is limited, therefore there is the need of a bicycle rental business for that reason it took me to find a necessary solution for all tourists and locals, which is the creation of a sophisticated business as Bike Rental including GPS technology. In the process of developing the business plan has been considered various aspects such as: analysis of the company and its environment, market analysis, citing the relevant attributes of our products, technical analysis focuses on the technical and operational aspects, management analysis shows the method of organization and description of the functions of each of the partners and the legal framework for the organization, will also include economic analysis, the same that determine financial accounting and economic movements of the company during the first 5 years, business risks and those responsible were considered, finally an implementation schedule is presented. The business that arises requires an initial investment of $ 18,956.21 US dollars, that value will be 60% funded by three investors and the remainder of the investment by a bank loan. All loans will to be recovered in three years and seven months, according to the financial statement rate of return (FRR) is 37%, the breakeven point for the first year is an average of 1,602 units with an income of $ 55,802.23 which demonstrates that the present business plan is completely feasible and moreover it will be contributing to the needs of people.
