Reestructuración de la empresa publicitaria BTL S.A. para incrementar su rentabilidad y fortalecer su patrimonio

Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo realizar la reestructuración
financiera y administrativa de la empresa de publicidad BTL en sus resultados y
estructura al 31 de Diciembre 2015.
Considerando como antecedentes que la empresa publicitaria BTL viene acarreando
perdidas desde el año 2010 al 2013 que han desmejorado sustancialmente su patrimonio
haciendo que la empresa pierda valor y no cuente con el capital de trabajo necesario
para su operatividad.
La metodología que se utilizo fue entrevistas con las diferentes aéreas de la empresa
en la que se solicito sus recomendaciones para la mejora de procesos operativos que
permitan mayor fluidez del negocio, con lo que se pudo constatar que baja rentabilidad
del negocio proviene desde su estructura administrativa pues cuenta con una estructura
de costos fijos muy elevados que no es productiva al 100% ocasionando constantes
perdidas y baja operatividad.
Como conclusión se presentará un plan de reestructuración que le permita generar
ingresos rentables a la empresa fortaleciendo así su patrimonio.
This work degree aims to make the financial and administrative restructuring of BTL advertising company in its results and structure as of December 31, 2015.
