Resumen
Los Técnicos Operadores de la Dirección de Despacho y Control de Zona Primaria del
Distrito Aduanero de Puerto Bolívar, son evaluados en habilidades, actitudes mediante la
aplicación de la técnica de entrevista, en donde con observaciones; se identifica brechas de
Competencias Laborales, en relación a su perfil del cargo de Técnico Operador. Se evalúa
conocimientos mediante prueba académica. Con la información levantada se elabora un Plan
Maestro de Capacitación y Desarrollo para que luego de que reciban el proceso educativo de
desarrollo y formación, mejore su desempeño laboral.
The Technical Operators of the Primary Zone Dispatch and Control Department of the Customs District of Puerto Bolívar, are evaluated in skills, attitudes Application of the interview technique, where with observations; Gaps of Competences, in relation to their profile of the position of Technical Operator. Is evaluated Knowledge through academic proof.
