Resumen
En este documento de investigación se extraen las principales
conclusiones dentro del período de estudio 2008-2010:
1.- Las políticas expansivas aplicadas por el actual gobierno tiene sus
bases en la teoría keynesiana. Las mismas que han reactivado el
crecimiento económico y mejorado la redistribución del ingreso.
2.- Dentro de los Ingresos del gobierno central; los ingresos no petroleros
han desarrollado un papel importante, en particular, los ingresos
tributarios gracias a la eficiencia del Servicio de Rentas Internas. A donde
han llegado a sustituir a los ingresos petroleros, los cuales se han visto
afectados por la caída de los precios del barril del petróleo en el mercado
internacional.
3.- Con relación a los gastos del gobierno central se ha presentado un
fuerte incremento, en el cual los gastos corrientes abarcan el mayor
aumento, debido a que los sueldos y salarios de la burocracia fueron
duplicados, en especial, Fuerzas Armadas, Policía Nacional y el
Magisterio. Por otro lado, los gastos de capital también tuvieron un
crecimiento destacado, el mismo que fue destinado a mejorar la
infraestructura del sector social como la educación y salud.

Three. - In relation to the central government expenditure has submitted a sharp increase in current expenditures which include the largest increase, because the wages and salaries of the bureaucracy were duplicate, in particular, Armed Forces, National Police and the Magisterium.
